It was good overall, I'm giving it 4 stars because there was a very annoying issue regarding the door key. It would need reprogramming almost every day, and it was really frustrating when I got the the door at the third floor and realised it wasn't working. It's rated 3.5 out of 5 stars and I think the rating is accurate.

Um hotel bastante aquém das estrelas atribuídas.
Má recepção, não acompanham aos quartos, mesmo c malas e só tinha um micro elevador, com escadas bloqueadas por pintura recente. TV não funcionava, ar condicionado sujo, travesseiros velhos e desconfortáveis, amenities c dois sabonetes. Azulejos c mofo no box. Café da manhã coado, filas e enfim, repense se hospedar em outro lugar. O q salvou a hospedagem foi a simpatia de funcionários da cozinha e camareira.Me transferi após dois dias e me arrependi de ter ficado naquele lugar. Não repetiria.

Foi uma das piores experiências já vividas! Quis sair correndo e pedir meu dinheiro de volta. As fotos do site não condizem em nada com o hotel e quarto. Cheiro horroroso de cigarro, azedo, muito "mofo", o banheiro deu nojo, tinha até vermes conforme video, e olha a data da última dedetização, anos! (O app não está deixando eu subir as fotos e vídeo)

Muito bacana nossa estadia, fomos com um grupo de amigos passamos quatro dias. Quarto espaçoso,a limpeza foi diária. Apenas o que não foi legal foi o banheiro, que a saída da água ia toda para a frente e tinhamos que puxar constantemente com um rodo,que inclusive já tinha a disposição,comunicamos o pessoal para que fosse tomadas as devidas providências. O atendimento é excelente, pessoal da recepção sempre prestativo a ajudar no que fosse possível. Já em relação ao café da manhã foi maravilhoso,bolos,frutas,sucos,queijos,diversas variedades de pães, geleia,gelatina,nata,manteiga,tapioca,canjiquinha,leite, iogurtes, pudim,cuscuz,ovos,macaxeira,batata doce e muito mais. Queria passar pelo menos mais uma semana rsrs...

Excelente localização e vista. Só precisa melhorar alguns detalhes nas instalações como o chuveiro(grosseiro) o box muito travado a ponto de quase quebrar pra fechar,o ar-condicionado não funciona direito,o clima fora é mais frio que no quarto com o ar-condicionado E o café da manhã tem muito pão,na maioria só pão,senti falta de mais opções.

Péssima em todos os sentidos. Passei frio várias noites pq o recepcionista informou que não havia nenhum tipo de manta, meu marido é quem fez uma rápida manutenção no ar pra funcionar, acento do vaso quebrado, fio do telefone quebrado, ralo da pia quebrado, vc tomava banho vendo as teias de aranha no teto, café da manhã horrível e com higiene zero, qdo entrava no elevador tinha que tomar cuidado pra não cair pq vivia todo molhado. Enfim horrível
