BEWARE!! This hotel unfairly charged me a smoking fee that was pulled out of my account without my knowledge—neither I nor my wife smoke. I have been a customer of La Quinta for years, but after this experience, I will never stay at any of their properties again. I feel robbed and cheated out of my hard-earned money.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. The rooms were tiny and nothing like the photos online – they looked like they had been taken years ago before any updates were made. To make matters worse, there was no housekeeping unless specifically requested, which felt very inconvenient. We had to change rooms several times due to numerous issues. The room doors had faulty locks, the HVAC didn’t work at all, and worst of all, while taking a shower, a ceiling tile actually fell down on me! The lack of ventilation in the room made it feel stuffy and uncomfortable. While the room situation was a nightmare, there was one bright spot: Ms. Debbie at the hotel bar. She was absolutely phenomenal – friendly, attentive, and made the stay somewhat bearable. Honestly, you’ll need her hospitality if you choose to stay here. I would not recommend this hotel unless you're looking for constant frustration and discomfort.

Thief on property staff.
Maintenance was called to room to look at AC unit. Money and credit cards were taken and now property will not respond to request for an investigation. Send request to corporate office who refers me back to property. We have stayed here previous times without any issues at all.

There is no daily housekeeping of any sort. We had to bag and dispose our own garbage bins, make our own bed and retrieve our linens/towels after the first night. Electrical plugs were insecure and lopsided in our bathroom. The toilet not secured to the floor, other than by its own weight. Quite a disappointment for the price we paid. Also, we booked at the rate given - only to find out the rates went up after that. I think for a few dollars more, one could do much better.
