Room was neat and clean but public spaces showing its age. Elevators were a real problem- had to wait 10-15 minutes at times when staff had to use it for housekeeping, etc. Front desk not very welcoming but breakfast staff was very nice and helpful.

The hotel was within walking distance to Madison Square Gardens which fit our needs perfectly. Near excellent restaurants and the staff was friendly and helpful. Got a couple of great nights sleep.
