The hotel cut corners on the mattress and pillows. The parking situation also isn't great but at least we had somewhere safe to put the car. The room was very clean and the staff we spoke with were all very polite and informative

Check in was simple and easy with Danielle who check us in. Very pleasant staffs. Anything we need, they were responsive and attentive. We were grateful both elevator work and was very fast. House keeping staffs was nice and friendly and kept our room nice and clean. It was very nice to have a fridge and microwave. The room was decent in terms of size given the location in Time Square. There are plenty of restaurants options. Shopping at 5th avenue was within walking distance. The location felt safe and very good location. I had some confusion with the billing of the room after check out but the front desk manager Michael took time to clear it for me. I am grateful for his prompt response. Me and my guests enjoyed our stay there and we really appreciate all the staffs who are friendly, accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Kinda lame lobby. Kinda lame atmosphere. No good views even from high floors. Ac was so cold that if you were laying in the bed near it, you would freeze, but if you turned it off the room for stuffy. Hard to keep good temp. Shower door being glass meant entire room had light if you turned the bathroom light on. The staff was geat and kind and made you feel welcome. Free water and coffee. We used the fridge and microwave and smart tv. All great. Bathroom great. Didn't eat the breakfast which was $25 per person and didn't eat at the hotel. There wa a Thai place across the street, and slice pizza for $1.50. Many other walkable restaurants. 10 minutes to Times Square and theaters and shirt walk to subways. Overall good, but bummed that we had a view of a wall out the window and that the lobby was small and didn't feel like a relaxing hotel lobby.

Fabulous location, close to everything. Very friendly staff. Liked the coffee and water stations. We had a squeaky bathroom sliding door that was fixed before we could even complain. Small rooms, but to be expected for NYC.
