We loved the room overall - lovely modern bathroom, comfy beds, great TV. The room was cleaned regularly but not vacuumed - this would be my only complaint! Staff were very friendly and we loved that hot beverages and ice water were included in the price (available in the lobby). We would stay here again for the lovely rooms and convenient location. Central Park, 5th Ave, Rockefeller Center, Grand Central and Times Square were all a short walk away.

Overall, a fine place to stay, especially for the price. It's location is the biggest plus. Easy walk to Times Square, Grand Central, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park. Chaz Palminteri's lobby restaurant is good, and even if you don't eat there the small bar is appealing for a cocktail before a night on the town. If you are a tourist looking for a clean, convenient hotel with decent facilities at a reasonable price, you can't go wrong. But don't expect the St. Regis.

I didn’t know what to expect, blindly chose. But I had a 2nd floor room with a patio. The price was great, the balcony, and overall feel of comfort and cleanliness….everything exceeded expectations. I only reserved one night and regrettably moved to another hotel thinking I should try another location anyway. I regret it, regret it!! I really, really would like to go back.

Convenient location to so many sites. Room had a fridge and microwave. We also had a balcony which was great for extra space. It does have a fence around it so be prepared it is not one with an exceptional view but I already knew that and was happy with the balcony.

Not what was expected for Hilton!
The air conditioner was so loud! The fridge froze even when turned off! The hotel was a little run down! The pillows were very flat! The location was good for our first time in NYC and they have a parking space right beside that if you are staying here the hotel can validate to get a cheaper room. But it is parked by parking attendants not park yourself.

I’d definitely recommend staying here. All of the staff we encountered were friendly. The hotel is very clean and updated. The location is excellent and it was extremely quiet considering the close proximity to Times Square.
