Great short stay hotel
Room was great for an overnight before an early flight. Only negative comment is the hallways smelled really bad, we were unsure of what it was. Would stay again.

Air system was too loud kept coming on. Had to change hotels. Breakfast was a weird set up. Would rather of had continental. Breakfast was also late. Couldn’t find real coffee creamer only powder. That was a disappointment. The rooms were very claustrophobic and it was supposedly a sold out night but not a soul around. Lloyd was a very helpful and pleasant staff member. Other staff told us breakfast was complimentary. Not true. Just overall an unhappy experience.

Our stay was wonderful! The price was reasonable, and the rooms were spacious and clean. There are several great restaurants nearby, which is a plus! It was also just a couple of blocks from the subway, making travel back and forth very convenient. If you plan on staying out late, I recommend not going alone, as the neighborhood can be quite dark. It’s always safer to have a buddy with you!

The maintenance man who was working the overnight on 12/7 to 12/8 was rude when delivering waters to the room. Quite, no acknowledgment, no professionalism.

Very good overall! Only reason why it wasn't 5 stars is because some parts of the room were janky. We had to ask for a fridge and had to find a place to place it. The bathroom was also missing one glass panel for the shower. Hair dryer was broken. But would still recommend!

Stay was decent, had gotten an “upgraded” room but shower door was missing, heater wasn’t working properly either. I got charged 980 instead of 680 , was told it was a security deposit which wasn’t listed on the hotel.com site and I don’t know when I’ll be getting that back or if but besides that, everything was cool.
