I’ve stayed here before & never had any issues. This time took 2 days to get tissues (none in the room), 3 days to get soap (dispenser in shower empty). Self serve coffee was out first thing in the morning and day before the self service checkout didn’t work. Also showed front desk a dirty towel from my room — at least she gave me a free breakfast for that day — so that was very nice of her. Not sure if they were overly busy due to the Mets game but they need to get their services back up to speed.

Paid for a two bed room, they gave us 1 Bed for 3 adults we booked weeks in advance they said they would roll in a bed like if that made it any better didn’t offer a partial refund or anything luckily for us they had a “cancellation” terrible service did not care

Coffee pot was cheap, tv had no channel guide, bathroom amenities were poor to non-existent, no porters to help w/luggage— BUT - the staff was friendly & helpful, pool & gym were clean & well maintained And I’ll probably stay there again because it was clean, safe, convenient to the airport & good shuttle service

Clean and convenient
Located in a convenient place close to the airport. Raven did a great job getting us checked in quickly and the room was clean and very quiet. Food was ok, but a little pricey. Lots of close by diners and restaurants though. Overall I would come back and visit again.

I stay at this hotel whenever I travel to NYC for work. It’s clean, beautiful inside, the front desk service is great and the bar/restaurant is great as well. The airport shuttle is super convenient too.

The convenience to the airport and shuttle was great. Customer service was great. Unfortunately 45 minutes to an hour from the city via public transportation or car (uber). No stores near by without taking a drive.

I can't really say much about my stay. My flight was delayed until after midnight. 2 hours at the car rental office. Didn't check in until 2:15 am, and checked out at 7:30-8 am. But for the 5 hours i was asleep for...pretty good.

One complaint I have is they advertise rides to a shopping center and also rides a 1mile radius. This is the main reason I booked the hotel but they actually don’t do it they only transfer to airport and train station. If I would have known this i probably would have went with something cheaper. Second complaint was the service we requested an extra blanket never received it. We also requested more towels i never received them either.

This hotel is surprisingly good; great bar, breakfast, lunch. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient shuttle to airport. In short, much better than a Hampton of Holiday Inn by far

The hotel was pretty decent but we ordered room service. DO NOT ORDER ROOM SERVICE. It say it takes between 50-70 mins to get your order. Well i called after 80mins we finally got our food after 2hrs. Fries were cold, food mediocre at best and it was SUPER expensive for cold food. Would not do again. Other than that staff was nice and room was good for the price. Our main reason for staying was early flight out of Laguardia if thats what you need its good.
