Staff was very nice. About the property, I expected something different than what the pictures of the room show. Judging for the location, I do believe the rooms should look better and please fix those elevators! I can’t denied the view from some rooms is beautiful.

Some of the staff members were really nice and some were hard to work with. We waited more than 3 hours long for our room from our original check in time. The room itself was great, huge, amazing view, and great bed. Although once close to checking out time we were being rushed out of our rooms by the housekeeping staff.

Elevators did not work and the shower was freezing. There was one elevator for 56 floors to share and I was there for an anniversary and we were stuck in the basement for 15 minutes before being told the elevators were all out for maintance. The shower was freezing and low water pressure. Ive stayed here in the past and went back hoping for the same experience but I will not be back after this experience

The staff was great. They’re the reason I’m not giving 1 star. The room itself was very old and needs a major renovation. The couch in the room had stains on it. The carpet had various stains on it in both areas. My 2nd to last night there, someone smoked marijuana in a room close to mine. Which flooded my room with the smell of weed. So for my last 2 nights, it smelled like dispensary in my room. Great location, I hope they address these issues for future customers!

The room was dirty. The carpet was stained and absolutely filthy. Gross!! Staff at the front desk was halfway friendly. The only positive was the view and the convenient location. For $1000 a night …… I would have hoped for at Least a clean room!
