2-3 of the reception staff were completely miserable aholes... the others were absolutely delightful. There were a few issues with the keys, and we were moved for last couple nights because of a light that couldn't be fixed after 3 attempts. Most of the rest of the hotel staff were very good... it was only those 2-3 at reception that really have no business interacting with people - they were really awful. Paid way too much for our rooms to be treated with such disrespect by miserable nasty reception.

Hotel is a bit worn, in public spaces. There are no ice machines on floors so have to go to the restaurant/bar to get a cup of ice. Room was adequate and the beds were comfortable. Felt very safe as the hotel is within the UN complex and there is extra security. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good and restaurant staff was very welcoming.

Beautiful hotel. Even better room. The city view is breathtaking! I just wish the hotel had ice machines and microwaves in room but that’s just an extremely small detail that didn’t hinder my stay. Can’t wait to return!!

Excellent location of the property facing the 1st Avenue and peaceful neighbourhood. The corner room offered a brilliant cross view of the East riverfront and the 1st Avenue’s expanse. The staff at reception, cloak station and restaurant were very friendly. The check in was at 4 PM and checkout was at 11 AM. Any further extension for checkout came at a price, not complimentary.

Useful business hotel for close to the UN. Good gym but did not appreciate the extra 35 USD per day charged on top of the room that is then credited back in food. Nice views. The restaurant and bar need renovating.

Very cold temperature on the corridors. Corridors are designed very darkly, not pleasantly. Our room didn´t have curtains, it looks not cozy. Very simple equipment for coffee and tea - no glass or ceramics mugs, no metal spoons. Just paper cups and wooden sticks.
