Great hotel for a long family weekend! We ate at Bistango for lunch and dinner; dinner at Empire steakhouse and enjoyed breakfast in the penthouse 3x! Food was great and dining in allowed us to maximize sightseeing with our granddaughters. I highly recommend!

The hotel size was incredible! You can’t find that in NY ever. The “touches” lacked a little. The staff at the door were super sweet, the staff at the front desk was sub par and not very welcoming. The sheets to the bed and the bath towels were extremely rough! And the toilet paper was so thin you almost had to use an entire roll. The old fashioned feel was more old than anything. There weren’t many options to eat within walking distance compared to my other NY stays. Overall it was a good stay and experience but I won’t stay again. Just wanted to post honest thoughts since this hotel is so highly rated!

My family and I stayed here for a Christmas weekend, and I highly recommend the Kimberly. The staff were so eager to please. The room was clean and well appointed. It is an awesome location, close to Rockefeller Center and St. Patrick’s. Would definitely come back again.
