We had such a beautiful stay- the room was fresh, clean and very large from other places we looked at. The bathroom was clean, the shower was spa like. The products to use smelt great and were all plant based with no fillers. We requested additional pillows and they were delivered within minutes from our request!

Good Hotel at a Decent Price in the Heart of NYC
No complaints with this hotel. It’s not super luxurious, but it’s in a good location if you’re a tourist looking to explore the Times Square area. It’s safe, very walkable and a lot of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Room was a decent size for this area of the city and the two bed rooms offer queen sized beds instead of doubles which is rare! Another bonus is we did not hear a peep from any other room during our stay! Major plus! We would stay here again.

A cozy hotel, centrally located
I did a lot of research prior to booking this hotel. The reviews were mostly positive, and I booked this place based on my research. The hotel is very conveniently located near multiple Subway stops, Times Square, Broadway and Rockefeller Center. It made it very easy to get around. The hotel room was also quite nice and very spacious especially compared to what you would usually find in yhis area of NYC. The room was clean, nicely decorated, had a mini fridge and a roomy bathroom with two sinks. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were a few minor cons which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Our room had two queen beds. One of them was very comfy, the other had an older creaky mattress. The bathroom shower and skink pipes made strange sounds when you would turn on hot water. Being the building is a tad older, the elevator also made some unsettling sounds and motions. Finally, the onsite gym facilities were under renovation.
