The rooms are small and look dated but are tidy and inviting. Need updated outlets and more up to date USB friendly connections. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is great! Overall decent hotel.

Our bedroom window leaked a large amount of water appeared on the window sill both mornings. I notified front desk and woman who answered was unhelpful, acted like I made it up. This obviously is an ongoing issue. My handbag and phone phone were soaked as they were left on the window sill the first night. Asked for a manager to call me and never received a call.

We were very pleased with our stay at The Lucerne. The subway was just at the end of the block - so super convenient. The beds were very comfortable, space in our suite was great & much appreciated for the 4 of us that stayed. Bathroom is very small but had everything we needed or wanted including bathrobes. One of the bellhops could have been a little friendlier but overall everyone was nice & helpful. Adjoining restaurant is decent & it was nice to get a discount on our breakfast one morning. The area was quiet & we (3 females & 1 young male) felt safe walking even at night after dinner & shows. Would definitely stay again & have already recommended it to friends.
