Brand new and crisp & clean. Lots of privacy with a little balcony. Friendly staff and appears to be family owned. Spacious room with a super large comfy bed. Tribeca is also a great area for dining, walking, etc. And a fantastic value for NYC! I will be back.

The toilet was not cleaned to my standards, there was hair in the shower and all over the toilet. I recommend using a scrub brush on the toilet knobs on the back. Other than that had a great stay. The rooms are big and clean beds. Just had an issue with the bathroom

The staff were very polite and the place was classic cozy and clean. I stay in a LOT of hotels and occasionally airbnbs. This one was worth a comment esp for a decent rate in Manhattan in comparison to others I’ve stayed at. Thank you

Located at the best location in Manhattan, just a few steps from the 911 Memorial with literally the Rector St. Metro station at the front door of the hotel. So great we could do it to JFK by Metro. The staff was very comprehensive with us and gave us a complimentary late-checkout as they had the availability. Probably because they just recently opened , we were lucky with great pricing. For sure we would return to this property every time we come back to Manhattan if the pricing still competitive.
