The cleaning staff is not thorough. They did not sweep or mop in the bathroom after last guest. They also just moved my towel and left it balled up instead of giving me new ones for the next night. Saw a roach crawl out from behind the TV. Pretty average hotel not understanding how this place is rated so high.

Very Clean, new looking, and good size room. Bed was a little too firm for me and my shower door wouldn’t stay shut. But otherwise I think this is a great hotel.
