Please tell guests that airport shuttle doesn’t drop off at terminal but rather you have to take a train and bus to get to terminals. Bed was hard and pillows way too soft. Very noisy.

I got to the hotel, I had a confirmation and the front desk said I they did not have a bedroom available. Also they complained saying it was Expedia fault! I had to find another hotel by myself 1am, and was only able to find another one available at 5am!

Very disappointed with the hotel. When we arrived, the room smelled like mildew from the airconditioning & the only way to make the smell go away was by blasting the airconditioning. When getting into bed, we noticed multiple hairs in the sheets & stains on the pillow cases. When calling the front desk to notify them, they informed us that we had to go down to the front desk, get the new bedding ourselves & remake the bed ourselves. Not very pleased with our experience here.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Newark Airport. The hotel is clean, the room was comfortable. I left early so did not try breakfast. I also did not use the hotel shuttle as I was told it was complicated getting to Terminal A and I took an Uber. My only major complaint is the staff. They are not very friendly and behave as if you owe them money. I left without a receipt as the person at the front desk did not even bother to look for getting it. They ended up sending me the receipt over email so it worked fine. However, I am not used to this tone of interactions at the front desk of a hotel.

This place had no restaurants or a bar,they did however have a full buffet style breakfast,I don’t recommend it,it was not very good…the rooms were ok,nice clean sheets & comfy pillows,a microwave would’ve been nice tho,the upside however is this hotel’s conveniently located & is literally across the street from the airport but my favorite part of the stay was the staff,from the house keepers to the front desk,they were all so nice…also if you have a car be prepared to shell out 20 bucks per day plus tax…overall it’s convenient if you’re on a layover but not great for long term stays

Shuttle was right on time and very convenient. Great staff with manager greeting everyone in the morning. Terrific, plentiful buffet breakfast had everything i needed.

Stayed for one night before an early morning game. Hotel was only five minutes to Prudential Center. Breakfast had many options. Room was large, clean, and comfortable.

Overall it was okay but it looked like the room wasn’t prepared properly. There was soap and shampoo missing, only empty bottles. Also the coffee maker was missing the part where you put the coffee pad so it was useless. Additionally the room had a smell of urine, it was coming from the AC so I turned it off which helped but still it’s unacceptable for a room that goes 250$ a night. The sink was not cleaned well because the water got stuck there. Otherwise service was okay, breakfast mediocre, stuff was friendly but not so helpful when I complain about the stuff above.
