Unfortunately not in the nicest area but staff was friendly and room was clean. we were put in a room that could be adjoining which meant you could hear everything from the next room. Breakfast was good but could use a few more options. Would stay again

Had to move my room due to guests upstairs stomping on the floor on purpose once I complained. It was a horrible stay the first night and our first morning. Had to switch rooms and after had a great stay. All staff was great but was very disappointed to have to move 4 people to a new room with no elevator working that day.

The room was great and clean. Parking was never an issue. The breakfast was wonderful. The only problem we had was the hot water stopped working. It worked the night before in our room, but in my sister's room the next morning it did not work. They fixed the issue in her room by the time we got back. My room did not have any hot water though. We worked all day cleaning out my dad's house and were dirty and sweaty. We wanted nothing more than to take a hot shower to come back and have no hot water. They fixed the issue, but it was a few hours before the water was really hot. Really upset about this.
