Our stay here was for a 4 night vacation while traveling with family - so we had 3 rooms between us. We were also very lucky to have perfect weather for our stay. The hotel and rooms were clean & comfortable and we were able to check into 2 of our 3 rooms early. This hotel is close to everything - the Falls, restaurants (in & out of the hotel), shopping and other sites/attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time. One minor frustration was communicating, cell service is spotty, but the Wifi helped. We would highly recommend.

I was there for a work convention that had preferred parking. I arrived and was told to park offsite as on-site was full. I told the attendant who I was there with and wanted valet. I was told it doesn’t matter it was full and to go to the offsite lot. I looked and the entire parking area was basically empty. I have mobility issues and stressed I require handicap parking and assistance. Was told I would have help when I arrived at offsite, to which no help was given.

Disgusting hotel full of bed bugs. Avoid it at ALL COSTS! We showed the front desk photos and videos as proof our room had bed bugs and they disrespected us, told us they will "investigate it" themselves and get back to us after 72 hours. 1 week later and still no contact from them. Beatriz Zaragoza is a horrible front desk manager. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel ever again.
