It was close the everything. Parking was in the hotel lot. The beds were comfy and the room was aweroom. We could see harseshow falls from our window. Everyone should get a room here

Incredible staff with all smiles and always ask how are you. The falls view room has wide windows across the entire wall with unbelievable views of the falls. The falls are a block or two but pretty walkable to get to. Casino about a block. Plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk. But honestly, the highlights for me was the pleasant staff and the unreal view of the falls from the room.

Not really a fallsview hotel, could not see the fireworks at all as the Marriott is right in front of where the fireworks go off, you can see the horseshoe falls though

Parking not so good as the lot was busy and mostly full. We had a pet so we had to stay in the 4 story hotel and not permitted in the tower. I think the tower MAY have been much better.

We recently stayed at your hotel and were generally looking forward to a comfortable experience. However, there were a couple of issues that affected our stay: We noticed there was pet hair on the coach in our room, which was quite off-putting. It would be great if more attention could be given to ensuring the furniture is thoroughly cleaned, especially when previous guests might have had pets and The bathroom had a persistent sour smell, which made it unpleasant to use

Great view of Horseshoe Falls from the room. Restaurants very close by and very close to walk to the falls. We woke up to the room being 88F/31C degrees after I told the maintenance man the AC didn't appear to work. He tried to show me it did work but clearly it didn't. Check your AC!

I just need to mention that the Expedia app showed photos with a fallsview but the actual room I was given was not as shown in the photos, it was a second floor room with view to the city. Not what I expected.

The check-in staff was very friendly and the view of the waterfall was fantastic. The location was good so it was easy to visit the waterfall. I want to visit again next time.

Cityview side is much worse than fallsview side; literally a separate building. For Cityview: - Smelly curtains in shower. - Peeling wall paper.
