$60.00 resort fee. Spa and pool were not open. Last year in November the Italian restaurant was not open, still not open this year. If staying more than 1 night, we stayed 3, room was never serviced. We did not expect bed changed or clean towels everyday. there were enough towels in the room for us to use for the three days. It would have been nice to have the trach cans emptied and the coffee supplies replenished. This was the second year at Seneca Niagara for a mini family reunion. We are going to look else where next year..

The smell of cigarettes checking in gave me a headache. Investing in some glass doors for the casino would go a long way. Room did not smell but we stayed for three nights and never had any housekeeping. We missed out on having our coffee and cups restocked or trash being taken out of the room. View from the 26 floor was beautiful. However, resort amenities were limited during our stay due to a water line break. The free parking was one of the only positives, considering the property is large and tiresome to walk it’s the least they should offer. The room service staff was another positive, we had a lovely experience with the staff and quality of food. Beds were ok, pillows sucked. A little mold on the bathroom ceiling. Shower made an awful whistling sound throughout the entire room until you shut it off. So no napping while mommy showered. Refrigerator was lucky to be working but was leaking water inside. We did take our light weight balance bike for our toddler and he loved rolling around the hotel to the parking lot and back up to the room. Our family will not be staying here again. This “resort” is not very family friendly or for longer stays. You can find different hotels closer to Niagara state Park if that’s the reason you’re visiting. If you want to party and blow your money at the casino for a night then this is your place!

An excellent restaurant to eat at is Hyde Park Cafe about a mile away they have the best Cajun Shrimp & Grits around, we went there 3 days in a row for breakfast, will not disappoint.

The Spa, pool, and fitness center where closed and we were not notified until after the cancellation date had past. They still charged the resort fees even though the amenities were not available. Most of the staff were friendly, except for one of the night clerks, and she was really bad.

The room was very nice. The view to the falls was great ! The water pressure in the shower wasn't that good. And the pillows had little to no support because they were too soft. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

The room was great and having a high floor gave us a great look over the Niagara area. However, the lobby smells heavily of smoke which I found unusual as it doesn’t happen elsewhere (I forgot smoking would be allowed indoors). Staff on the reception were rude and slow. Other than that, the room was nice, free parking is great and located well for access to Niagara and Canada.

Didn’t get a call that the spa was out of service until the day we were leaving. Was going for our anniversary and a couples spa day… didn’t happen. Checking in the desk person was unsympathetic. I asked if a room upgrade could be arranged for a $50tip and she said since I booked on Expedia that’s not an option. Waited 25 min for a table at an empty restaurant for lunch on our day of arrival. No maid service unless you are staying 3 or more nights which I find odd for an upscale resort . Had to ask 3x for clean towels Pool was also closed due to “plumbing issues” Loved the casino and the Chinese/japanese restaurant was very good .

A little disappointing to find out the gym/spa/pool floor was closed AFTER I had already checked in. An email was sent that a pipe burst, ok so when was that. I would’ve changed my travel plans based on that. I love my alone gym time when I’m away and now I have to look elsewhere

Nice but expensive
Hotel was huge. Food prices at the cafe was very expensive. Resort fee was too much and in my opinion, unnecessary. The location was ok and easy to find. Bathroom door was very heavy and wouldn’t stay open if you wanted it to.
