OSUMAN, MATSUDO CITY

良くなかった点 1.予約した時に、ベッドと畳がある部屋の写真があり、実際行ってみたら部屋は畳だけだった。もっと明記すべきです。 2.床など汚れが見立ち、交換の時期であるように思えました。 3.シャワー（噴射する部分）が壊れており、水が熱かったり、寒かったりして使えなかった。 4.こちらのホテルと周りの旅館やホテルも含め、かなり古く、老化しており、建物の外観が錆びているのが目立ち、取り残された町という感じですね。また行こうと思えないのが残念。 5.車がないと不便。駐車場がなく、近くに専用の小型バスで移動される感じ。二分とすぐだが、何だか不便。もちろん待たされたりしなかったが、なんか古いというか、いちいちドライバーに申し訳ないというか。 6.フロントの対応：おいている情報などみてもわからない近くのスポット情報を、フロントに尋ねたが、あちらにおいてあるカタログを見るように言われた。もうちょっとフロントと明るく、コミニケーションが取れるといいですね。 良かった点： 1.窓からの眺めがよく、すぐ下に鬼怒川、向かいは雄大な山という感じで景色はよいと思います。 2.バイキングは普通というか、悪くはなかった。ドリンク類とアイスクリームはおいしかった。その他は、種類はまあまあ多いけど、、、、 総合していえば 1泊・35000円くらいで利用したが、リピートは難しいですね。景色はきれいだが、ホテル及び周りの雰囲気、ほかのホテルなども含め、見えている雰囲気は、最初はワクワクしていった人の期待をすこしがっかりさせるものがある。町全体リフォームの時期ですね。
