During the night I’d awake to a stinky smell in my room and the corridor , also on our day of arrival we waited 5 hrs for our room check in was at 2 we arrived at 8.30am , our room was ready earlier in the day but they were surprised when we went to ask for the key at 2 pm they said the room was ready for hours. Another thing I didn’t like about them was it’s all about the money. We were catching taxis ordered by them at $40 Australian to go to Kuta and we found out that we can order our own bluebird for $14 Australian going to the same area they said they have to promote their property first. That was the thing that put me off. Also one of the adults I was travelling with was ordering stuff and she would tell them that she has her own money and she will pay for things herself that she wanted but they were charging me taking money out of my bank account

Such a lovely stay at the Nest Nusa Dua. I would happily stay again. Great breakfast options. Happy and helpful staff. Room cleaning staff are amazing ! Taking care of our room everyday keeping it so clean and fresh. Gardens are beautiful and kept tidy. Pool is gorgeous perfect temp as well. Love the views from the rooftop also. The restaraunt and bar at the hotel is very pricey compared to the street restaurants. You can only purchase food and drink from the bar and restaraunt for the rooftop area inc the pool. Thank you to the staff we thoroughly enjoyed our stay 🤗

A lovely hotel, extremely clean and conveniently situated. Our room was modern and comfortable with king size bed . We had a claw foot bath, double shower with rain head. two tvs and a lounge area and a blue tooth speaker. The staff are genuinely friendly and polite and appear to enjoy working in the hotel. Extremely pleasant stay and we highly recommend The Nest Nusa Dua and will definitely here again. Thank you guys 😊

For the price it was well worth the visit. The hotel may not have all the high end stuff in it but it was clean and the staff was friendly which I believe is more important than anything else.
