My car was damaged in the parking lot. I came down to beer cans and garbage all over in the stall next to my driver side and under my door. The noise of a couple fighting in the hallway and the constant noise from people outside kept me up.

DO NOT STAY HERE, not even for the cheap price before your flight out. I never rate any of my stays with Hotels.com, but I have to rate this one. We were only checking in for a few hours before our early morning flight, so I thought it would be okay for a room on the cheaper hotel range. The room was basic, acceptable, and appeared to be clean. The WORST part was that there was people shouting or partying from 12AM - 2AM. At one point, there was a drunk man banging on the door a few rooms down, waiting for his partner to open the door. It was horrible, we couldn't even sleep before those few hours before my flight. Not only that, 2 days after I checked out, I got a phone call from a La Quinta Inn front desk representative, who told me that they lost my credit card, and needed it to issue a refund for the room deposit. They said I could go in and present my card to the front desk or the other option is to send them a photocopy of my credit card info. Keep in mind, they also made a photocopy of my ID card. This was the email address that they told me to send my credit card info to: lqfd0624@gmail.com. Sound like a scam? I disputed the charge my bank, and they took care of it. Don't stay here, go somewhere else.

Unfortunately I was very disappointed at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Oakland - Hayward I was double charge and was very disappointed, specially on the holidays. Spoke to manager and receptionists, and nothing was done but to wait. Please rethink if you ever thinking on staying there. We all work hard for our money. So don’t let corporate/organizations play with your money.

Nice hotel
The breakfast was great. Lots of choices and plenty for everyone. The king size bed was old, because when you slept on the side, you ended up in the middle because the mattress was not firm. Everything was very clean, but some of the drawers on the dresser kept sliding open. We had to put something in the gaps to keep it closed. We reported it, but no one ever came to look or fix it.
