Upon arrival, the exterior of the hotel was poorly lit, with almost no lighting in the parking lot. The check-in clerk was rude and unwelcoming. Inside the room, the carpet was stained, and the closet doors were missing. The fireplace was nonfunctional, leaving the room uncomfortably cold. The curtains were visibly dirty, with dust accumulated at the top. The bedding consisted of only a thin sheet and a flimsy top cover, with no blanket provided. The pillows were equally thin and offered no support.
The room was comfortable and so was the bed. The night check in people were both new and it took a bit to get it done but they nice about it. Only real complaint was that the elevator got stuck when we were leaving and we couldn’t get out for several minutes! Front desk said they had someone look at it twice this week already so hopefully they get that cleared up!
Let me start with saying that hotel.com are some crooks i booked a room and when i got to the hotel they wouldn't check me in and in less then an hour of booking the room. Hotel.com wouldn't give me a refund nor change my reservation I've been a loyal customer for some time now but not anymore they have lost my business for good !!!!
Check in was a breeze as well as check out. We stayed on main floor King Suite. The room was prepped and ready and air was on for us when we arrived. Only concern was the smell in hallways and room, smelled musty.
Didn’t care for this facility. No milk or meat for breakfast options either.

The size of the room was huge. The bed and couch was comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was good. The main hallways and elevator rug wasn't vacuumed for days. Had to request rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags from the front desk. The room had a kitchenette with a dishwasher. If you ran the kitchen sink to long it would leak by the dishwasher. Most of the staff was friendly. Very surprised that a hotel of that size didn't have more than one luggage rack. I think i seen it once the four days that i was there.

This is decent budget hotel. Everything is kind of right in the middle of average. The Breakfast is horrible, its so had they shouldnt offer it at all. The laundry facility's washers and dryers are out of order. This is my 2nd stay in 3 months and they still did not repair them. The rooms are decent but there are signs of visible water damage and they smell musty. The real upside is that they share a parking lot with the Texas Roadhouse. You can walk 200 feet to a great meal.
The room was musty smelling the carpet through the room was damp or completely wet. The couch was stained and felt gross to sit on. The redeeming factor was the bed was okay to sleep on. I absolutely will not stay in or recommend a residence inn going forward. As a family we do a lot of traveling in the summer and this stay was very disappointing.
After check-in and arriving at my room I noticed an odor. It originated at the kitchenette sink. The garbage disposal was broken, apparently for some time. The smell was terrible! In addition when I opened the microwave door spoiled molded food was in it. This also emitted an offensive scent. Also there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the room. I have stayed at this Marriot brand before and had great experiences at them all. Shame on this Owner for being allowed to operate this property in such a deplorable manner!

WHEN THE A/C CAME ON, IT SOUNDED LIKE IT WAS A JET TRYING TO LAND! SO TO BE ABLE TO SLEEP WE TURNED IT UP, WHERE IT WAS ALMOST UNCOMFORTABLE!
NO SHOWER CURTAIN, WENT TO DESK, SHE FINALLY FOUND ONE, SHE DID ALL SHE COULD DO WITH WHAT SHE HAD TO WORK WITH!
NO ICE MACHINES, DESK HAD TO GET ICE! NO VENDING MACHINES ON PROPERTY.
YOU CAN TELL IT VERY RUN DOWN AND OLD, AND THE ROOM MUST NOT HAVE BEEN STAYED IN RECENTLY, THE SMELL WAS AWEFUL!
VERY DISAPPOINTED, FOR THE PRICE COULD HAVE GOT A BETTER MOTEL, THE ADVERTISING WAS NOTHING WHAT WE GOT!!! NOT FAULT OF THE MOTEL, BUT THE CONSTRUCTION MADE IT HORRIBLE TO GET TO AND OUT OF THE LOCATION! NEED MORE DETAILED SIGNS GIVING INSTRUCTIONS ON ENTERING AND EXITING.
