Stayed here while doing a course.
Well to be fair I did not stay there my son stayed there while he was on a training course and he had no complaints so I'm sure if there was anything he would have complained to me. He said the staff were very nice the room was good plenty fresh towels bed made every day plenty parking in the car park breakfast wasn't too bad it was a help yourself so believe me he probably did help himself. So as I say I did not stay but if you're waiting for him to give a review you'll have a long wait. I can't answer eco because I don't know anything about if it was eco-friendly.

The staff were outstanding. Great interaction and very helpful. We asked for something and it was done in minutes. The breakfast was average though but overall a good stay .

Receptionist on check in was brilliant, brekkie was very good, nothing too flash just good hearty food. Hotel was very clean & in good condition, a huge bed & walk in shower on request. The only downside is the location is on a main busy junction & a busy Costco behind the hotel

Booked this for overnight stay as was watching an event at the Co-Op arena. Cheap Uber to get us there from this location £8. Great value for money here when you take into account breakfast buffet is included and there was a good selection on offer. Good and extensive menu for evening dining including a carvery, definitely something to suit everyone’s taste. The dining room was busy when we were there, however service was quick and with friendly staff. Food was great so no complaints on that front. Our bedroom was clean, tidy and well presented. If I had one criticism it would be that the main lift/stairwell to the room corridors needs some attention and potential update of reception area to improve 1st impressions. Would I stay here again, absolutely. Good value for money all round.

Great location and comfortable!
Check in was a bit hit or miss, you had to call a number to get served, not good if your phone was out of battery etc. The room was decent sized, bed was very comfortable and clean! Bathroom was modern and there was clean towels. There was marks over the wall in the bedroom which could do with a paint over, amd needed more milk but was quiet and comfortable just what you are looking for! Breakfast was good, what would have made it better was if they replenished the pastries, basically we went at 9 stuff was half done, and not replensished. The staff arent the nicest, very like right what do you want ok bye. The women qith the blonde hair and blue top at breakfast works hard though. 20min drive to Manchester roughly (5miles), about same to trafford centre, free parking. Great overall for what wr needed it for.
