Overall, we had a good stay. The room was cleaned, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was pretty decent. Our only issue was the door in our room, it would get stuck often, making it difficult to open it and close it.

Room felt dirty and humid. Outdated furniture, broken lamps. Dirty floors. Additionally, called ahead and asked for pack n play to be set up in room upon arrival and receptionist was not helpful and had a rude tone, also at first did not know what a pack n play was and then after I explained they said yes they could have it set up and when we arrived it was not set up, so they either lied or forgot. Unfortunately, the pack n play that they eventually gave us was very old and dirty and possibly even moldy.

I have never taken the time to write a bad review before, but sadly I would not recommend this place to anyone. The place is very run down and dirty, the rooms smell like dust. The receptionist didn't know what she was doing, the first room they gave us had problems with the bathroom. They moved us to another one that was just as bad as the other one, the sheets had stains and smelled bad. I thought the elevator would fall down from shaking so much.

Very disappointed with this hotel. The hotel is an older hotel, which is not veing maintained properly. Housekeeping does not clean the rooms durong ypur stay, whether its 2 days or 10 days. They will only bring new towels, and change garbages. The pool is not heated. Consider it, The cold plunge. Not exactly my idea of an enjoyable swim. I want to enjoy my swim. Breakfast was adequate, scrambled eggs, choice of bacon, or sausage, depending on day, cereal, toast, mickey waffles, tea, coffee, and juice. The bathrooms are very much outdated, Beware of the shower heads. Toilets do not flush properly. You need tp keep your hand on the trigger for 10 seconds. Rooms are the most basic , standard queen bed, No table and chairs, mini fridge, and microwave. The hotel is located on a very busy stretch of Hwy 192 in Kissimmee. Beware of the serious traffic problems between 3 pm and 10 pm. Traffic is gridlocked. It will take you 30 minutes to drive 1 mile, especially coming from Disney. In my personal opinion, I would suggest you look elsewhere. It is basic. In their listing, They mention a Shrimp Shack Restaurant, but, this location closed quite skme time ago. Not sure why its still in the listing. The grounds of the property are not well maintained.

The floor was stain in the bathroom Also there was dirty towels left on the floor from the previous guest..The bathroom is very small and worn. Also the breaskfast was good. The restaurant area to sit was dirty and looks like its been under construction for a while!!! Like years!!!The hotel is older with a updated lobby and the furniture in the room a little rough.The beds were good!! I like the floors in the room. The staff was very nice. close to the Disney.This is my first time with confort Inn. Next time I will stick with marriott hotels!! Grounds and outside and inside of the hotel needs a lot of maintenance.!!!

Awesome hotel and staff!!
The front desk was really amazing and very nice. They were easy to deal with, very friendly and didn’t mind answering any questions we had to spend our family time in Florida and at Disney world! Dawn at the front desk I picked at because she was there late and when we came down for breakfast she was already there working out the whole day! Dawn we appreciate you and your kindness and all your help thanks again!
