Great stay for quick family get-a-way

It was exactly what we needed. Close to good restraunts. I loved that they have a shuttle service for free to the parks. There is also a ticket booth for seaworld/disney tickets in the lobby! Great service and location. Was not disappointed!

The employees were very courteous and their treatment of us was perfect, the girls at the front desk were super empathetic, but I would like to give a suggestion and that is that they should give a bracelet to all the guests who stay at their hotel, since We had a situation where someone who was not staying entered the hotel and started following us. Thank God we realized it in time and the girl at the front desk took action and spoke to an employee and the employee was attentive to us The hotel is very good but it needs security.

My teens and I really enjoyed our stay! Convenient location for Disney Parks and has free parking. The front desk staff we encountered were professional and welcoming. Our room was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower had nice water pressure. Housekeeping employees always said hello and good morning in the hallways. Great breakfast choices. Had a really nice stay! I travel often and would return and recommend as a budget friendly option.
