We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Landy. From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Not only were they incredibly friendly and accommodating, but they also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade! The process was seamless, and their warmth set the tone for the entire stay. The upgraded room was stunning, with beautiful amenities and a great view. It truly made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for outstanding service and a touch of luxury!

The only things is when they clean the room they didn't put back the towels on the floor and not refill the body wash . But over all the staff is very nice. Rooms are clean .

Great time for our anniversary trip. The room we booked was not available when we checked in, which could have been a disaster, but hotel staff made sure we were taken care of by giving us the presidential suite for our stay instead!! It was amazing and I only wish we had more time to enjoy it even more.
