This was my second time staying here and I couldn't beleive how much the place has improved over the last 2 years! My room was spotless and my room was cleaned and refreshed daily by a very friendly housekeeping team. The staff on reception were also incredibly welcoming, attentive and helpful. The hotel is the perfect location for the convention centre as it is only a 5 minute walk. There are also numerous food options with a mcdonalds, dennys, red lobster, dunking donuts and walgreens pretty much opposite the hotel. More restaurants are also a short distance away. There are frequent buses to the outlets and disney springs. The theme parks are all fairly accessible from the days inn too if you have a car. I love thay that the rooms have microwaves and fridges too

There was an incident at the hotel at the room next to me. The manager was very transparent as to what happened. He was very apologetic and accommodating. This was something out of his control. It was handled very professionally.

Great Customer Service Too!
My room was clean and cool, as it was very hot weather. Beds were very comfortable and the bathroom, while dated, very clean and operable. Nice desk to work at with good lighting all around. My only complaint is there needs to be a comfortable chair to just relax in besides the desk chair. Great having an IHOP to eat at and a small commissary in the lobby for those snacks and such. Great customer service too!
