The new fee for parking (although a small amount) is a "nickel and diming" technique that does not work for me. There are so many good options for hotels in the area that next time I will seek out other options rather than book here. If Hilton needs the extra $5.00 for parking, boost the room rate rather than alienate guests, particularly since the fee is not optional.

When we arrived at our room, the carpet was soaked and there was a leak coming from one of the walls. Roof had multiple mold spots. Went to front desk and they told us they had no other rooms to put us in that we would have to go to the hotel next door. Went upstairs and got our stuff and when we got back to the front desk they told us they were going to cancel other peoples rooms that hadnā€™t arrived yet to give it to us. I would hate to be the other people checking in at a later time. Will not be coming back.

Save your money find another hotel.
It was the worst hotel stay ever. We stayed 2 nights and had to move rooms three times maintenance and housekeeping never came address our situations. No AC, water leaking into the unit toilet overflowing, next room same issues. We waited 12 hours and no one ever came. After multiple attempts of going to the front desk in person. Every hour we went to complain.
