The room smells wet and moldy. I had to buy a disinfectant and the elevator was broken. Not up to the Hilton standards that were used to. Very disappointed.

Comedy of errors, no parking due to local bar
This visit was a comedy of errors. Check-in was fine, entering room it smelled musty. Left for a long day, upon return there was no parking, college students at bar next door use Hilton lot for overflow parking. Hilton did give us placard to put on dashboard, obviously didn't help, front-desk told us to leave car in "no parking, handicap loading/unloading spot". They also had sign in lobby at night which said bathrooms closed, figured out why when I saw group of college students stop in lobby & turn around, seems bar attendees also try to use hotel for bathroom overflow. Back to room, toilet isn't flushing - I could call front-desk but what kind of response would I get at 11:30pm??? Walked daughter to fitness center down hall to use that bathroom. Fitness center had a very weird funk smell to it. Due to non-flushing toilet, fitness center bathroom was our go-to when needed from that point forward. Next morning taking shower & of course the conditioner bottle on the wall is completely empty.

Just an average stay. $16 for a continental breakfast is way too much. There was a very musty smell in our room and in all of the hallways- maybe due to hurricane and power but not sure. Had to get our tv replaced as the first one did not work. Service walked into our room Sunday morning without knocking because their paper showed the room was vacant. All in all- just okay.

Didn’t know a Hilton can be ghetto but this one was we left for a bit dropped the ac too 65 degrees we came back like 3-4hrs later and it’s still hot they changed the room mine you the maintenance guy was nice front desk at night NO. Went into the second room SAME HOT HOT I was over it and just slept in the hot room and left In the morning ASAP

The property is conveniently located near UCF. The first room had an overwhelming odor. They immediately assigned a different room, which was near the elevator and we could hear it throughout the night. There were cracked restroom tiles, peeling/bubbling wall texture in the restroom, and the air conditioner was very noisy. We asked for a different room and the front desk would not change it, even though they had customers checking out that day. We left a message for management and they never contacted us. We have stayed at 3 Hiltons near UCF recently. Despite the convenient location of this one, we will never stay here again.
