I really think that the hotel is beauitful and clean and the service is good but the only thing I hope they getting better is activating the key cards because I got lock out my room in the wee hours other then that the hotel was really nice the beds are comfy and clean.

Lacklustre visit
I wouldn't opt to stay here again. It felt generally safe, however the property left A LOT to be desired, and with many better options in the vicinity the price is the price for a reason. The beds are very lumpy and not comfortable, on the smaller side of a double as well. The rooms are dingy and only heaven knows how often the carpets are cleaned (if at all), so there's a smell as well. The bathrooms are quite small as well, again outdated and could use revamping. There aren't really any amenities, and parking is strictly for hotel-stayers only - idk what guest parking is like or if it exists. There was also a fair amount of construction. Final note - the hotel campus is HUGE, there was no shuttle or cart offered to get to the further buildings if you didn't drive, so you'd have to trek with your things to timbuktu. Overall, a generally ok stay, I'd say 2/5 stars is accurate and felt more like a motel.

This hotel was great and has free parking. Very clean. Bed was comfy. Staff were friendly. Walking distance to top golf and icon park and many other places. Just wish they had free breakfast.

Loved that the hotel was in the heart of I Drive and just down the road from Icon Park. We checked in late at night, and the front desk people didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. I stood “in line” tho there was no one else around until one of them acknowledged me. The one who called me over seemed very bothered by the fact that I was there and was quite stand offish with next to no customer service skills. No greeting. Just stared at me until I said I was checking in. The check in process was fairly quick and we were sent on our way. Getting to our room was a relief after a long drive but upon opening the door, we were meet with a strong odor. While it appeared clean, it smelled very strongly of must, mold, and an overzealous dosing of Lysol. Everything felt damp. The carpet, the bed sheets, the pillows, everything. It was 3am at this point so we just aired out the room while we unpacked, which helped tremendously, and then went to sleep. Waking up the next morning, we realized we’d missed the fact that there was no shower curtain in the bathroom so we had to call and request one. It didn’t take long for them to bring it and put it up for us which was very nice. All in all, we didn’t spend a ton of time in the hotel room, we were on vacation after all. There were some definite things that could have been better. However, for the price, I will stay there again for sure.
