Wasted potential
The location is great and the staff is friendly specially the brazilian fix-it man which was great. The parking is free. And that is it. Now lets talk about wasted potencial. I had to change rooms at the moment i checked in because the minibar was not working and the door had no secure bolt. The rooms are extremely outdated with VERY dirty carpet. The bathrooms have those cheap courtains which are torn. Room cleaning had to be scheduled in advance. The hotel have two elevators but one was broken during the first 2 days of 3. Not a good experience at all.

Im glad they have diversity as a staff me being a guest of color alot of times staying at a hotel if the workers are from a different race they act like they get agitated bc we dont speak the same language they speak but the staff was very nice the rooms was clean and me and my family will come again

The area is quiet and centrally located. Great walking area and felt safe. The room was dated, and underwhelming. Beds were clean with lumpy pillows. No bathroom ventilation. Walls were not the cleanest. It served its purpose. Not the greatest and not the worst, price was good and location was great. No issues with noise, a big plus. Hot tub was luke warm a not worth booking if that is what youā€™re looking for. Free parking. Basic continental breakfast for ten dollars plus tax, did not use.

The hotel needs repairs and better maintenance. Another thing that I didn't like is that there are cockroaches. What I liked is that it is a studio-type area, which is very good because it is accessible to have better accommodation and accessibility to the parking area.

It was a terrible experience- management was horrible- we had to change rooms due to black mold and bathroom never been cleaned then the second room had some type of room cleaner almost left my one year daughter and myself coughing and choking to death. Overall I will never stay here again

We tried to check in and they said they overbooked and that they couldnā€™t find our reservation after we had already booked and paid. They finally found our room which they told us they didnā€™t have. Room had stains/looked old but it seems like theyā€™re redoing the property. Guests at the pool were screaming until about 1 am, very noisy.
