I have never made a review on a hotel until today. Please do not go to this hotel, I had to change rooms 3 times at 11pm on check-in because of a/c noise issues to finally end up in one that had one working well but everything else in it was unacceptable. Beds are horrible they’re so outdated it felt like I was sleeping on a tilted plywood. This ruined our family short getaway to Disney, mom’s back was destroyed and I was extremely fatigued to walk the park the next day. The following night I had to ask for several more pillows and lay them out across the bed just for us to get some better comfort when laying down. I am not exaggerating this hotel is a nightmare. The only morning I went to breakfast with my brother and his family who was also staying on the same floor there were roaches near the elevators and game room which is very close to the dining area. To top everything off the most concerning part of this stay was my brother having to change rooms because of a waterfall type leak through light bulbs in the bathroom. This could of been a major hazard to our family possibly getting electrocuted and death for the lack of maintenance on this property. I don’t understand how Marriott has let this property go downhill like this. I have seen many bad reviews so I really hope they do something about this. I will never stay at this property again.

1. I liked that it was convenient just for sleeping and having breakfast 2. Breakfast was however very vanilla and on paper plates/plastic cutlery - not environmentally friendly 3. Saw a roach in the bathroom 4. Reception staff did not help us much for transportation when specifically asking for something 5. Door had problems for unlocking/locking

Hotel is in a great location. Nice amenities. The down side is the parking. As with other hotels in the area, there is a few to park. Understandable, although annoying because it is first come, first serve, and there is no gate in or out or any noticeable security. Not sure what the $26 a night parking fee is for, other than to be a money grab. Also, what they don’t tell you is it is a third party company that you have to go through to pay for parking instead of paying the hotel directly. I would rather pay at the front desk for the parking rather than having to scan a QR code for a completely different company to pay.
