Pleasantly surprised! This place is a hidden gem. Minutes from everything, surprisingly quite. Was in construction, but not terrible. Glad to see them fixing the place up. Only bad i would say is, there's no elevator. If you have a second or third floor room, beware.

Loved it!

Clean, super comfortable bed, wonderful layout and full kitchen. Staff friendly and accommodating. They even let us use a bathing bench for my father in law. Great for families. The pool area was beautiful and the pool was heated! Would definitely stay here again!

They didn't have any rooms available on the lower floor, but when the gentleman at the reception saw my mom and I explained her leg condition, he worked some magic and placed us on the ground floor. It's not the most beautiful hotel, but it's super convenient, and the room is excellent! We loved it! And the best part is we could have our two little dogs for a reasonable fee! We came back for sure!

Clean Hotel, offers extra space

Rooms were clean, fresh clean linens & plenty of towels at Sonesta ES Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista. But the company is conducting exterior construction to all the buildings. We were later notified by email after the online reservations. The Kitchen unit, dishes & appliances were great for our long stay and unit offers a bar height table with chairs. The 2 bedroom unit was clean, and the space offered a comfortable stay for our family. The company is currently has exterior construction work to all the buildings, we didn’t experience construction noise or any inconvenience with parking around the construction equipment. But the current work on the buildings exterior does appear unsettling, not inviting for new guest staying Sonesta ES Suites Orlando - Lake Buena Vista. There’s noisy disturbance from guests in the upstair units & individuals using the exterior stairwells.
