Great location, just across from Premium Outlet Mall, safe to walk to. Several restaurants walkable from hotel. Hotel was very new, clean and in nice condition. Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, bagels, cereals, waffles etc Pool was heated, and kept clean. Only downside was the intrusive music around the pool area. It could be an oasis of calm …….. if it wasn’t for the music.

The front desk staff was very helpful. Whenever we called, they were more than accommodating. They shared restaurant recommendations as well as the best shopping in the area. The bartender was very welcoming and The breakfast staff made sure the seating area was clean in there was plenty of food.

Check in was good, room was adequate.. what I didn’t understand is the $26 charge for parking when I am already paying over $200 for a room for 1 night. That is absolutely ridiculous!! Buyers beware… they don’t mention this in the listing much less how much it is per night. Also there is a sign posted that if your vehicle gets broken into they will not be held responsible for lost property or any damages to your vehicle. If you are charging that much for parking you better have some kind of security roaming the property. I will never book here again and I guess I will have to call the property to make sure they aren’t going to rape me on hidden parking charges 😠

Nice hotel at a great location. Only 2 things I didn't like, 1 the 26 bucks daily parking fee and the fact there's no daily cleaning. You have to ask for towel change yourself. Breakfast was Ok but finishes at 9am on weekdays, the Starbucks close by was a lifesaver.
