First time staying there and it will not be the last time. We initially booked for 5 nights and then move to Kyoto. However due to the extremely hot temperature, we decided to stay in Osaka shopping and cancel the trip to kyoto temples etc. so we tried to rebook for another 5 nights and the staff was very helpful to find 2 rooms next to each other. The breakfast was the highlight of our trip. The kids enjoyed the variety of the choices. Even now, back to Canada, we kept talking about how much we miss the hotel breakfast and we must go again. Although the staffs are not very fluent in English, but they are very willing to help. One thing to note that I donât know how many times I feel so grateful about it. The day we left, my husband forgot his 3000$ camera in the laundry room when he went to get some ice. He didnât noticed until when we were waiting for the Shinkansen to go Tokyo. The worst is he didnât even remember where he left, the room, the lobby? He has no clue. While in the train he called the hotel and they said they found the camera and will ship to our hotel in Tokyo! We received the camera within 2 days, very carefully bubble wrapped in multiple layers. I can tell you that if it happened in Canada or USA, for sure the camera is gone! Thank you Premier Cabin President Osaka! We canât wait to come back to your hotel again! ð
