This is a great hotel . This was our third stay here and our first choice each time and if we return to Ottawa , will be our choice again. They provide the best included breakfast we have seen. Many choices to start your day. They offer ways to save. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Central location.

Hotel bien situé. Personnel super sympathique et aidant. Appartement propre et cuisine bien équipée. Seul bémol: un peu de rénovation serait souhaitable, comme améliorer la ventilation (le climatiseur était très bruyant) et remplacer le tapis par un autre couvre-sol. Le déjeuner inclut est extraordinaire, mais l'utilisation d'autant de vaisselle jetable fait mal au coeur...

The hotel seemed to think of everything. I mean, i have never stayed in a hotel that had literally everything in the suite that i could want and more. The suite was older, but had a very retro vibe and nothing 'looked' old or worn. Everything looked like it was just installed yesterday. Very cool place to stay.

Only thing that was inconvenient is the portable air conditioner and air purifiers in the bedroom. Made for a lot of loud white noise and made it hard to sleep.

Mid-September visit, bedroom really hot with dehumidifier and some sort of “cooling” machine - both very noisy. Maintenance had to fix them after I arrived. Had to turn them off at night because of noose but put them on through the day, thinking they would cool down the room. Windows didn’t open. Main room in suite had noisy air conditioner. Eventually turned off bedroom machines and it was cooler without them. Lighted mirror in bathroom did not work.
