I had the pleasure of staying at The Business Inn, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making check-in a breeze. The rooms are spotless, well-appointed, and designed for maximum comfort—perfect for both work and relaxation. The high-speed Wi-Fi made it easy for me to stay connected and get my work done, and I was particularly impressed by the variety of thoughtful amenities available, including a spacious desk, plenty of charging ports, and a comfortable chair. The hotel's location is perfect for business travelers, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and conference centers. The onsite business facilities are top-notch, and I felt like I had everything I needed right at my fingertips. We didn’t want to leave. It was quiet, comfortable, staff was amazing. We made a night out of an event at Landsdowne and stayed for a little get away. The only issue we found was the elevators being so small, it was a little uncomfortable when there were 5 people in it. We are already planning to come back again as soon as we can.

Desk staff at check-in were very friendly and down to earth. Room/suite was spacious, and while somewhat outdated, it was very clean so I did not mind. Neighbourhood is convenient - restaurants, ATMs, bus routes, etc. I would certainly stay here again!

Honestly one of the best value for money stays I’ve had. This place has everything for the business or personal traveler. My room was like a nice bachelor apartment with a comfortable bed, good TV and bathroom and a small kitchen with everything you need. They provide coffee and a generous, quality hot breakfast. There was even a balcony although I didn’t use it in the winter weather. Staff was very helpful and flexible, quickly working out a couple minor things including a much appreciated early check in for a tired traveler. The location is obviously great as well for anything downtown Ottawa. Nothing but good things to say about this place, will definitely be back and recommend to all!

I stayed two nights, the room is dated but clean, the location is great. Although I paid for parking, I was told it is strictly overnight and my car could not remain beyond 11 am. I can understand the need to check out to clean rooms, however feel it is overly strict to apply the same rule for cars. Especially at 20$ a night, makes it $$$ by the hour. I have not encountered this elsewhere.
