I stayed in room 325 and it was clean and comfortable. However, my mother stayed in room 309 and killed bed bugs after she woke up and came home full of bites from the stay. A serious look must happen and prompt treatment should be completed as soon as possible.

I’ve stayed in much cleaner and friendlier Hampton Inns. Shower stall needed to be deep cleaned and the bottom sheet kept coming off the mattress. Fox News should not be on the TV channel in the breakfast area. The morning desk clerk should not be having a personal conversation about his finances for EVERYOne to hear. And guest should be acknowledged when they walk in.

Mold on shower base. Luggage carrier difficult to move. Door to room let in light. Too soft pillows. False fire alarm sounded in the evening so we had to evacuate. Room air conditioner noisy and was not cooling the room. No steps from upper lot to the motel front entrance. Crowded room with too large of furniture. No TV connection to ABC, CBS and NBC major networks. This location is one Hampton Inn that has slipped through the cracks.

The site said pet friendly and when we checked in there was no mention of a pet fee. We passed by with our 9 pound dog and the manager said nothing. The room ac made a racket the whole night, the shower drain backed up, the tv service said it was unavailable. Make sure you ask for a receipt before you leave. I checked my credit card when we got home and found a charge for $25 and another for $50. I called and the mgr. said she saw us walk through w our baggage and the dog and she said she wasn’t going to chase us down to the elevator. It was 10’ away, all she had to do was speak up and no one else was in the lobby so…. The end of this story is just beware that at $75 almost 50 percent of the room cost this is how they earn the money. I think that’s criminal to post pet friendly then charge like that. I know there are just as many or more stories of terrible abuse by owners also but…..

In great location with other businesses nearby to restaurants, entertainment, and places of interest not far away. Establishment was clean including elevators and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would visit again.
