I will visit to your property again. My trip this time was short, can’t provide thorough comments but generally was good experience staying at your property. One thing obviously is the property decor is pretty outdated. Insufficient lighting throughout the room especially the bath room.

Checked it and out some of our stuff in the room and just left ur camera on charge in the room and then left for a about 30-40 mins to go to the car to get some stuff when we came back our camera were unplugged and things were definitely moved not sure why staff or anyone would even be in our room as we checked in not even 2 hours ago and also not sure as to why they left the need to unplug what we needed charging but definitely felt weird about it

The hot tub and swimming pool were unavailable on the day of admission. It was very disappointing, but it was nice to have other hotel facilities available. I didn't like the room, so when I asked for it, they changed it right away. The facility was very old, but the room was spacious and clean.

If you’re looking for a quiet getaway, this is not the right place for you. The hotel doesn’t seem to have a noice policy and kids can get very loud in their heated outdoor pool throughout the day. I still enjoyed my stay despite the presence of 10 boys (under the age of 12) in the hot tub , who were accompanied by their parents. It’s nice to see them have fun but it’s definitely not relaxing.

Beautiful room, but the HVAC was bad. It was set on HEAT and 23C. Would blow cold air out of the vents. Very loud, hard to stay asleep.

My boyfriend and i decided to go on a little getaway and decided to go with this hotel.. it was beautiful very clean and the staff was great. We really enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub and it was even better that we got it all to ourselves. I would highly recommend this hotel the room was great and very spacious. Unfortunately we had to check out a day early but we still enjoyed the time we spent there

We love going to Blue Mountain for a mini getaway. It’s always beautiful, no matter what season. Mosaic has a great location in the village. We had a nice chat with the lovely young woman who checked us in who is here on a work visa from Ireland. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, though could us an update in the bathroom and lighting in the entire unit. Parking was convenient. We tried out the axe throwing place that’s new since our last visit. Lots of fun! We had a delicious meal at Oliver and Bonicini and of course, breakfast at Sunset Grill.
