The staff at this establishment is exceptionally welcoming, going above and beyond to create an atmosphere that evokes the warmth and charm of Italy. The environment is notably tranquil and serene, providing a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Throughout the property, a delightful variety of beverages is available. The room itself is as inviting as one could hope for, featuring an incredibly comfortable bed that promises a restful night's sleep. Adding to the luxurious experience is the spacious bathtub, which invites you to indulge in a long, relaxing soak.Step out onto the balcony, and you are greeted with a lovely view of Main Street, where you can soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the area. The soundproof rooms are a remarkable feature, ensuring complete silence and tranquility, even in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. Great smaller hotel. Well located in downtown Palm Springs. Good amenities. Close to everything. Easy parking. Very friendly staff. I didn’t give this stay 5 stars because the room was very dark and required lamps to be turned on at all times. My previous stay here was in a smaller room, but with much more natural light, which I much prefer. Pool and jacuzzi are small, but well maintained.

Love this gem. Karl was amazing and always so helpful. 24 hour pool and spa. Sauna was open until 11pm. We stayed on NYE. It’s literally right across the street from the casino. Lots of food and shopping right outside your door. Beautiful property

New Year's in Palmsprings

Nice place to stay right in the city. Pool and spa were refreshing. New Year's eve was quite noisy because the fireworks location is across the street, but other wise quiet enough.

The hotel may or may not be great. My experience is with reservations. I pre-purchased a few days and needed to shift it to a few days ahead and the hotel was wide open. They simply refused and kept my money. An extremely poor showing on both the Andreas Hotel and Hotels.com side of things. I can’t recommend a place that operates in this manner.

The property location is perfect for walking. Plenty of dining and shopping. The staff was wonderful. I love the attention to detail from the letter that was left in the room to being shown the suite and how things work. The staff truly made our stay wonderful. Look forward to coming back
