Everything was good, especially the friendly staff, but the options for break were very limited. We had to eat exactly the same thing every morning for 7 days!

Room was big and we had lots of room. Bathroom was also very big, but what was not so good was the layout of the bathroom/design. Water pressure was great but the drainage was very bad due to no wall around the shower only a curtain. So the floor was always wet. Shower curtain did not keep the water in.

Room wasn’t the one shown, nobody working there understood English properly, very minimal. They couldn’t even help us with ordering takeout food, change for the vending machine or an adaptor plug. The toilet is separate to the bathroom, which means you have to walk out into another room to wash your hands etc. Very smelly corridors. I won’t recommend

quiet hotel close to Paris
Second time in this hotel: great Chinese restaurant in the hotel itself. It is far from Paris style of hotel, as it is a bit out of Paris, it is cheaper and bigger size of the rooms. It is very quiet as there is no traffic around the hotel: 2 rivers.

For a 4 star hotel, it could be better, service is not the best. You have to ask for everything, tea kettle in the room. telephone numbers provided for in-house calls such room service or house keeping are not working. I had to call the exchange to request a pressing iron, took nearly 2hrs to get an Iron. Noticed iron wasn't working. Called back to inform them it wasn't working. Took over half hour to get iron replaced. Things that are meant to be standard in a hotel room, you have to call to ask for them. Apart from that the rooms where clean, picture they have on the website is deceitful and should be changed.

Good value hotel, everything we wanted.
The hotel was well located for accessing the city by metro. The rooms were very spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the Seine.Underground parking was a great bonus. A great stay.

即使房間禁煙遊客還是會在陽台抽煙，若是開門煙味就全進房間了，很難聞。房間很大，床也舒適，陽台沒有煙味的話真的很棒

This hotel is ‘ok’ definitely not a 4 star, I would say a 3 star. The room is a 3.5 star room. It could use renovating. The staff are scarce and not accommodating.
