If i could do my trip all over again I would have chosen a better hotel for my family. This is listed as a family hotel but I feel its more of a couple or single trip hotel. It is very close to everything and very walkable and we felt safe while walking to and from our hotel. They have a lot of restaurant options around as well as close to the Opera which was very nice. Lets get to the actual HOTEL. It is very very small. The elevator is literally for one person and maybe one bag the steps were what we took mostly. The entrance to the rooms is basically triangle with three doors and the elevator door so it is very little to try and get into your room. The room itself could be better. there are no options for dinks at this hotel except if you want to use a glass coffee mug and bring water to your room...wish the room and price option that we had came with water. there is one trashcan for the entire room that is so small you put one piece of trash in there and its filled. the air conditioner was terrible and never cooled off the room and we resorted to sleeping with the bathroom window open just to get the cool air. The hotel was in the middle of a name change as well why we were there so hopefully it upgrades a lot of its things. The staff was absolutely wonderful and we were give new towels daily as well as getting our rooms made but it seems they would turn off the air as they left and we would come back to a stuffy room. I think there are better options for the price point

This is total different from the pictures. Hotels got only 6 floors and each floor has 3 rooms. It is totally different from the pictures. The carpet is supper dirty I think due to renovation. The toilet and the bathroom is super small. If you are an average American, this hotel is not for you. There is even an homeless person camping right in front of the hotel. Very small dirty and unfriendly staff. I wish I would have pick a different hotel and pay a little extra

The hotel is going through a renovation and it's not listed on their site at all. The carpets were filthy. Paint all over the rugs in the hallways and in the rooms. Smelled like paint. The rooms look nothing like the pictures at all. It looked like a totally different hotel - a bit surprised about that.

Reservation cancelled and moved to a bedbug hotel

This stay was quite disappointing. I booked at Lourve Marsollier Opera specifically because it appeared to be a good quality hotel, centrally located, and very near where I needed to be within the city. However, at 7pm on the evening of my check-in I received a message from the property saying by reservation had been moved due to overbooking. I was moved to a hotel over an hour's walk from Lourve Marsollier Opera. This new hotel could not have been more than a 2 star hotel. It was very basic. It lacked the auto check-in features promoted by the hotel via WhatsApp. The message stated I had been "upgraded to a triple room". I did not need 3 single beds as a solo traveller. And to add insult to injury, the place had bedbugs and I was bitten 7 times, resulting in angry welts that itched like crazy. I would definitely not stay here again and I would never book with Lourve Marsollier Opera again because I cannot trust them to honor a reservation.

The elevator is extremely small so if you have large luggage you may not even fit in the elevator. The rooms are clean but the bathroom was extremely small (the toilet had to be installed in a weird position to fit). You could barely move inside the bathroom. There was also a construction going on during our stay.

first time Paris

we extended our stay several times since the neighborhood was quiet and several good restaurants and the metro was within walking distance. Joseph Bakery down the street got to know them:) Would stay again if visiting Paris.

The location of the hotel was close to the Louvre which we liked but yet it was not on a main street, so it was very quiet, which we needed at night. The rooms were small but had everything we needed. The staircase was being painted but otherwise, very clean, very kind staff. We did not have the breakfast on site but it was there for those that wish to do so.

Roomy and quiet

The room was bigger than I expected. You need to leave the key at the front desk when you leave the hotel, but that's ok because there is 24/7 front desk. Easy access to metro station and walkable to Palais Garnier and the Louvre. Quiet corner.
