This hotel is a dumpster fire. I was placed next to a family that drank all night, screamed loudly all night and smoked weed in their room. They kept myself and my children up throughout the night. I called the front desk for almost 40 minutes without success. Only when I called with my cell phone from a number outside of the facility did someone answer. I asked them to have a member of the staff go to the room to ask them to keep their noise down a little, even saying I understand people want to have a good time but this was excessive. Instead of going to the room they called the room which only increased the noise and disruption. When I presented this to the staff in the morning upon checking out he dismissed me and said he would “add some points to my account”. If I didn’t have to put a star rating they would have gotten 0/5 not 1/5
