We were given superior service by Annette, the general manager. She went above and beyond to find us the perfect room for our needs, walking us up to the room and getting us new keys as well!! I highly recommend her for a service award. Her high energy, happy personality and attention to detail made us feel like we were very special and important. Isn’t that what everyone wants?? The room looked updated but the smell was awful it smelled damp and musty, there was no fan in the bathroom and the floor tile steamed up and was damp and the air conditioner really didn’t work well, which probably contributed to the overall musty damp feeling of the room.

This is the second time we stayed here. Hotel is convenient to I-476. Staff was friendly and property was clean. Room in particular was very clean with a couple of very minor wear issues in the bathroom, which is acceptable since this is a high maintenance area, although it was very clean. One side of the property faces I-476 and outside there is a lot of traffic noise. Both visits we have had rooms on the opposite side and it was quiet. Breakfast was acceptable with good selection of items and the serving and dining area were clean and neat. Although we only slept there dining and shopping were close by via car except there is a restaurant right next to the entrance. I’d stay there again.
