I picked this place, knowing it was not the best location, but because it was convenient to places I was going to. When choosing hotels, I generally pick LaQuita if available. The staff, as always, was nice and friendly.

Riom 217 that i was put in had bedbugs that bit me 9 times after just a few mins after being in the room. I went to the front desk and told them and showed the bites and was moved to another room. The new room number 141 was better but the ac did not work well and was very noisy which was disruptive to my sleep. When i checked out i was told that corporate would contact me within 48 hours about what happend it has now be 4 days with no contact. I will never stay at any of their locations again.
