ok stay, served purpose
The price was good and the room was quiet and fairly clean. Negatives were that the kitchen garbage was not taken out from the previous person, there were no coffee mugs or cups for the coffee and the office was closed even though the posted hours said it was open. The link was not sent until I called to have it sent. It showed as if I didn't have a reservation when the link was clicked. Customer service fixed the issue though and they were courteous.

I HAVE BEEN HERE FOR AWHILE AND ITS BEEN PRETTY NICE AND THE STAFF HAVE BEEN VERY ACCOMMODATING,, TO YOUR NEEDS ,,, I WOULD RECOMMEND METRO ,, BUT THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF ROOMS ,SOME OUR NICER THEN OTHERS ,, BUT YOU CAN CHOSE THAT ON WEBSITE ,,AND PRICES VERY A FEW DOLLARS HERE AMD THERE ,BUT NOT MUCH ,, SO ITS PRETTY AFFORDABLE,,,I AM IN A NICER UNIT ,, SO ITS BEEN PRETTY NICE AND UPGRADED,,

Police.officers driving erratically in the hote
First of all. They gave me the wrong room key. Had to call and get an another one. Took. Forever to get in. The room. Staff sis help. But wasn’t. Happy. With the service Also. Upon check out. Call to let them now that I’m gonna be 4 min. Late. And. Said no problem. But shortly. They tried. Toking money outta. My acct Very disappointed with metro

The outside was well maintained but the inside is in terrible condition with torn furniture, dirty and the worst is the smell of the building and the room not good. Place needs remodeling for sure.

None of the key coded doors work. I was stranded outside the building before some guy yanked the door open for me. This happened three different times. I'm not strong enough to yank the door open. Pupic hairs on the toilet seat, other people's hair washed into the towels and baby spiders in the room. The toilet seat was so old it was peeling apart. How much bacteria is on that seat? Never again.
