Instead of greeting us when we arrived, the first this the receptionist said "I just got here so my system is not ready. Its going to be a while." While we were waiting, she was constantly yawning. The power draps did not work so the bedroom was dark during the day. Couldnt go up or down.

Wonderful stay

Staff friendly professional and informative! Excellent valet and bell services Room spacious, pillows could be cooling could not change heat settings and it was hot. Sofa bed hard to sleep on for others.
