This was our third visit to this property and every visit gets better than the last. The staff is super friendly, and our housekeeper, Rosa, understands what quick and efficient means. Our room was cleaned every single day by 2pm in the afternoon and she always greeted us with hola and a warm smile. The room and bed was comfortable. We loved the nature walks from our room to the beach and restaurants. The customer service and efficient staff, that always wants to make sure your stay here is perfect is exactly why we keep coming back! We also saw a few other guests who were returned s as well. Do book this place! There is something for everyone!

I didn't like that resort requires keep your phone on whole day as all restorants don't have a written menu. All info and menu on the phone. Even buffets whi h they used to have near the beach rchanged to restaurant with menus on phone. It is inconvenient and and require change swimmer on pants and short back in hotel room

Where to begin? From the second we walked into the main lobby we were blown away. The service and attention to detail blows every hotel, resort or otherwise completely out of the water. In an age where places are struggling to find good help, or cutting corners on maintenance, The Valentin had AMAZINGLY clean and cared for facilities and the service from every employee from the coffee shop to the pool staff was impeccable. I have absolutely no complaints at all. The food was very good. The drinks were good. The pool was cold but refreshing in the heat of the day.. The night time entertainment was really good with the exception of the Micheal Jackson Tribute show- that was a train wreck. Truely awful. But the band afterwards in the main plaza made up for it. We had an excellent stay. We absolutely will be back!
