While the hotel was clean, the room smelled as though there’d been previous water damage. The staff was very nice and friendly. Definitely a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

the staff at this hotel were very nice and accommodating, and the room itself was clean and comfortable, but they had run out of shampoo and hand soap so they stocked our room with 2 conditioners and a lotion instead without letting us know they were out. The shower was pretty gross, the shower curtain was stained and dirty and the shower head was covered in black crud.

I accidentally booked the 26/27 sat sun when I meant to book the 19/20. I did this last Saturday while on the road. A few minutes later I realized the mistake and called the hotel. The hotel had no vacancies for the 19th and would not cancel the 26th or issue a refund. This is very sad service. I also received no follow up support from Expedia. I will not use Expedia again and will let others no about my experience

Everything was pretty good except the breakfast options were not that great. The Coffee machine was not working and this caused a lot of people standing in the way of getting food waiting for the temporary Keurig coffee maker. I recommend a backup coffee machine and better food options.

Hotel was ok . Staff not the friendliest. Had to keep asking for towels and maid service. The shower liner was dirty . Air freshener smell in hotel to overpowering. I would not stay there again. There are other hotels on the same road try them.

I really dont understand peoples high praise of this place. Its sad when places cant fix things properly to make it look like you at least care about your business. All kinds of stains on the shower curtains. Place is old and dingy. For breakfast!!! No jelly, no cream cheese. Have people standing sround looking for condiments only to say you are out. Really! Couldnt get off your phones ALL night the night before to make sure your guests have the ALL the offerings you say you provide? Definitely will not be staying here again.

If FEBREEZE had a hotel this is it.
This hotel was clean, comfortable and freshly updated. Service was very good at check in. We didn’t stay long due to the OVERWHELMING scent added to the interior of the hotel. Febreeze type scent PUMPED into the hallway made it impossible for us to do more than spend the night. We opened the window to lessen the scent in the room. Breakfast was basic. We left early in the morning.

It’s alright
It was okay overall. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. My room didn’t have a knob to hook the slider too which made me feel a bit uncomfortable since I was a solo female traveler. Bathroom curtain was yucky mold, and there was paint peeling from the bathroom door. No blackout shades just the light thin ones. Bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep and get back on the road.
