The location was amazing! Perfect walking distance to around town. Only thing was i tried calling the front desk multiple times with a question on the laundry bag and no one picked up. The room was amazing! Only thing is i feel like for the price there should be more air conditioner options other than plus or minus 2c with the base being 22c.

The staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel and restaurant was exceptional. The laundry service was unfortunate; they provided me the incorrect laundry box (a male guests intimate items) and mine (intimate items) was given to someone else. After I informed reception of this, they immediately sent someone to my room and within 30 minutes, I had my items. So, quick assistance that was resolved.

Wonderful!
Beautiful hotel in a slightly less touristy area. Staff was superb in every respect. Concierge was top class going out of good way. Didn’t eat there but assume that was top notch as well. The room was modern, beautiful, clean and elegant.

I arrived and my room wasn't ready for the 3PM check-in time, and wasn't ready until about 3:30. The next morning I ordered room service for breakfast, but the room service department was unavailable, so I had to leave my order with the front desk. After about 45mins of not receiving anything, I called the room service department again, to which they advised me that they never received the order. I then called the front desk to report this, and they told me that they had in fact put the order in. So it turned into this whole "he said, she said" ordeal that resulted in me losing an hour of my time. This is a beautiful hotel, but the service is far from what you'd expect from a 5 star hotel. I was pretty disappointed with my stay, and for the price I paid, I regret not staying at one of the more established fine hotels.

This was our first time in Prague and the location of the Hôtel was outstanding. We have traveled all around the world and I have to say The Andaz hotel rates with the best of them.

The only problem with this hotel is that the rear of the property abuts the tram line which causes a substantial vibration for the rooms in back. Street cars run 24/7, during peak hours they run every 30 seconds to 2 minutes. If you’re room is in the front the hotel is excellent.
