Vacation in Puebla
We had a great time in Puebla staying in Kharma Suites. Thank you very much to Isaac, Luz, Ricardo and all others for friendly and professional service. We felt like in a family. The rooms are very spacious and very clean.

El lugar está increíble para descansar y la sensación es de lujo y tranquilidad. Lo malo fue la musica tan fuerte a las 6am pero no depende del hotel. Ideal para hacer cosas en Angelopolis no fuera de ahi

El lugar es muy bonito y muy cómodo, la suite muy amplia y limpia, la atención del personal es muy agradable. Por tema de salud, no pude moverme por tres días y accedieron enviarme el desayuno a mi habitación, lo cual agradezco. La zona es muy accesible y con muchos lugares de comida cercanos. Mi única sugerencia y lo que considero es lo único que le hace falta para ser excelente es incluir un Frigo bar en la habitación. El resto todo increíble

Don't go!
El hotel queda encima de un gimnasio que empieza con música techno muy fuerte desde las seis de la mañana. Imposible dormir, pero también imposible trabajar por las vibraciones que no permiten enfocarse. Cuando intenté encontrar una solución me dijeron que no había y que tampoco el hotel hacía devoluciones. No pude quedarme porqué me volvía loco así que perdí las otras 4 noches que había reservado, sin ni siquiera una palabra de excusa de parte de la recepción.

El servicio de Internet pésimo no tuve cobertura en la habitación no pude conectarme en ninguno de mis dispositivos, de igual manera la TV no tenia conexión, presente mi queja directamente en la recepción y la persona que estaba ahí no me resolvió nada.
