I recently visited this location, and while it has a nice atmosphere and pleasant surroundings, there are several areas that need improvement. The service was notably slow, which took away from the experience. Additionally, there isn’t much in the way of entertainment for adults—more activities or events would definitely enhance the overall vibe. Unfortunately, a few of my friends experienced food poisoning during our visit, which was extremely concerning and certainly affected our enjoyment. This is something that needs urgent attention, as food safety should always be a top priority in any establishment. Overall, it’s a relaxing spot for a quiet time, but if you’re seeking faster service, better entertainment options, and a more reliable dining experience, this place might not meet your expectations.

The place is nice. However after you pay a big price to stay all inclusive. When you arrive they tell you no premium drinks. You have to buy the upgrade. Very poor way of doing business. We will not return.

We liked the adult swimming pool area and the buffet was good. The staff were very nice and very attentive to our needs. The steak and seafood restaurant needs to be something else. The steaks were so tough we couldn’t cut or bite into it! For a seafood restaurant there should be more than just shrimp and salmon offered. Hopefully they figure out a different specialty restaurant. Our floors were dirty in our mini suite on arrival. The bathroom floor was cleaned the next day after my husband made them aware that white caulking was on the floor. We stayed 4 nights and a hairball under the coffee table on arrival was still there when we left. Best part was the view, the buffet, the staff, the adult pool and meeting people that were vacationing like us.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The guest demographic was predominantly seniors, which created a calm and relaxed atmosphere. At times, I felt the need to be extra mindful around the adult pool area to avoid disturbing elderly guests who were resting or napping. Being in my 40s, I naturally gravitated to the main pool rather than the kid’s pool area, so we kept our conversation and noise levels low out of respect for the peaceful environment. Thanks.

overall location of property was excellent, beach was nice and staff were friendly. we had issues with the room access keys as they failed to open the doors. this happened a total of at tleast 6 times. food options were just ok and didnt meet our specific dietary requirements. Management was very helpful and tried their best to accommodate us. the rooms were decent but need updating. the doors had major dust buildup. the size and location of our rooms was excellent. location of the resort is excellent. overall i give it an average rating.

The staff were lovely! The food was great most days, some days it was mediocre. Our room was comfortable and surprisingly large! Very accommodating. The pool was clean, however they have the family pool with the bar instead of the adult pool. So adults had to go over to another pool to get drinks. Everything else was beautiful and well done!
