Staff were courteous and efficient. Property is in a nice location and the whole facility is beautiful. Maintenance is remiss in some areas. Our patio sliding door needed new rollers and the safe did not work. I believe the safe needed a new battery. Some destruction was being done on a structure near our room and constant jackhammer noise was annoying.

You’ll be charged $25 USD per night for resort fees but can only use the spa facilities ONCE per stay free of charge. I stayed five days got charged $125 dollars and was given a coupon for two for ONE hour to use spa with reservation. If you consume $25 or more on their restaurants per day they’ll give you a $25 credit but on a day when you don’t eat at their restaurants you don’t get the credit. If one of the reasons you book this resort is to use the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, or cold plunge everyday on your stay you need to know this.

The hotel is obviously dated, but that only adds to the atmosphere. The staff is extremely kind and caring. The rooms are clean and recently updated. Other renovations are also happening (not a single bother for guests) so I am excited to come back next year and see the changes.

Beautiful property, excellent service, very clean, peaceful room. I came to work and rest. It was everything I wanted and more. The room was peaceful and clean, reception, housekeeping, everyone was helpful and kind. Also, the marina is only a pleasant 5 minute walk with cute shops and restaurants. One of my favorite ever travel experiences. Highly recommend.
